We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed in our shipping options please contact us.

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. All orders are sent via Hong Kong Post or SF Express.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, you or the recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. These are determined and charged by the destination country, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our production process (our garments are made slowly in small batches), we are unable to accept refunds.

However, if for any reason an item does not work out for you, we can offer an exchange or shop credit in some circumstances. You can request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery, and send out the item with a tracking number within 7 days of your request being approved.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Please ensure you read all sizing/wash care info carefully before making your purchase. If you have any doubts about fitting, please contact us with your measurements.

Colours

We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor.

Made to Order/ Pre Order

We only maintain a very small amount of stock, most of our items with our standard size are made to order to minimize waste and overproduction. Each Made to Order/ Pre-order product is stated on the purchase button, while an “in stock” item will show “Add to Cart” button on its page.

Made To Order/ Pre Order garments are produced after they have been ordered. Mostly produced within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please expect your item to be ready to ship in 7 working days after you place your order. Once production is complete, we’ll start preparing your order for shipment.

Privacy & Security

Our website is powered by Squarespace. All credit card payments are processed via Stripe, we do not store or see card information. Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you provide to us will only be used to process your order or to manage your service and will not be passed on to any other parties.
